Basic functions:
The Rock Polarization Analysis System is a computer software system specially developed by our company for units or individuals engaged in polarization image analysis. Its basic principle is that the images collected by the computer image processing system have a fixed X-Y ratio, which is determined by the software and hardware environment such as microscope, camera, image acquisition card, computer, processing software, image acquisition resolution, display resolution, etc. The meaning of its data is: under the current software and hardware conditions, one pixel of the display represents the actual length value. When using image software for image analysis, it is necessary to first set the hardware parameters in the current environment to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the system measurement data. Otherwise, the results obtained will be inaccurate. When the software and hardware environment changes, the parameter must be adjusted accordingly. After measuring the parameters, the "geometric measurement" function of this software should be used to measure the micrometer image of known dimensions to verify the accuracy of the data. Use hardware devices such as video capture cards or digital cameras to capture polarized images in the microscope, and then process and analyze the images to obtain relevant inspection results.
1. Automatic analysis:
This software has developed specialized image analysis software functional modules based on user needs. With the help of this software, users can complete polarization image analysis work.

2. Open the report:
Open and browse the saved report file.

3. Geometric measurement:
This software provides various measurement tools and methods such as "line", "rectangle", "circle", "polygon", "angle", etc., which can complete measurement work such as length, area, angle, etc.

4. Fixed magnification printing:
It can load multiple images at once, perform image processing on them, set explanatory text and print layout, and generate a special report file.

Two system components:
The entire software system consists of the following parts:
1. Software program (CD);
2. Encryption dongle: Customers need to choose the type of encryption dongle in advance (parallel mouth type or USB type);
3. Text materials: "User Manual" (with WORD document on the CD);
Three hardware operating environments:
1. Recommended computer configuration:
⑴ CPU: Core 2, with a clock speed of 1.7G or above;
⑵ Memory: 1GB or above;
⑶ Hard drive: The available space on the C drive is over 20GB, and software (recommended) should be installed on the C drive;
⑷ Display card: AGP display card that can provide 3D acceleration and achieve true color;

2. Video capture card:
You can choose from the following models:
⑴ Winnov AV/PC2 series;
⑵ FlyVideo 98 series;
⑶ Aver EZ series;
(4) 1394 series;
CCD camera: CCD cameras with a resolution of 450 lines or higher are acceptable.
